Altona Renovation Ltd has been providing high-end construction and renovation services throughout the Greater Toronto area since 2002. Working in both multi-residential and commercial environments, Altona specializes in suite turnovers including kitchen and bathroom retrofits, common area renovations such as corridors and lobbies, office spaces, additions and demolition.
Altona’s team consists of a variety of skilled technicians who understand the meaning of hard work, dependability and attention to detail, who are properly licensed, insured, and bonded. Who we are

For almost 20 years Altona Renovation has offered quality renovation services to landlords in the GTA and surrounding areas, specializing in multi-residential apartment and townhouse units, lobbies, corridors, stairwells and other common area spaces.

Our team includes customer service and project managers, specialized tradesmen, in-house plumbers, electricians and handymen, all with the single objective of providing superior workmanship and customer service. We work with property investment and management companies to help them determine and achieve the best design for their properties. Because we offer a full team of certified tradespeople and contractors, we are able to provide complete renovation services, from the demolition of outdated spaces to rebuilding them and installing new finishes and fixtures.

Altona Renovation is unique because our sister company is Future Currents Inc., an electrical contractor. With 37 years combined experience serving the multi-residential community, we are confident that we can meet your needs and provide you with a quality of workmanship we can all be proud of.
